The fitness medicine ball is a great exercise for both your arms and your body. A simple exercise for beginners is, to begin with, a squat. Begin by standing with your feet hip-width apart and holding a 6kg medicine ball in each hand.

A basic standing exercise is to stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the medicine ball in front of your chest. Step your right foot backward, making sure your heel is even with your toes.
